McCain Really Does Know Nothing About Economics!

Contrary to the beliefs of the Captain of the Straight Talk Express, suspending the gas tax will make us even more dependent on foreign oil and will provide more financial assistance to terrorists. Why make something that is supposed to be bad even more affordable and easier for more Americans to obtain? Less supply and more demand creates a bad fiscal combination, Senator.

    And maybe even dumber than Bush.

    I’m more encouraged each day as the curtain that has kept the real McCain hidden from view gradually gets peeled back, revealing a phony, know-nothing hack hiding behind his war story.
    and benefitting from a lazy press that has perpetuated the McCain “straight talk” myth.

    Now if the public would only wise up to him!

  3. All McCain has to do is beat the patriotic POW Hanoi Hilton drum to death and bludgeon it over the head of whomever turns out to be the Democratic nominee. Americans love a good story, and fortunately for McCain, that may matter more than his grasp of basic economic issues. Hopefully the public realizes that it is still the economy, stupid.
