To see this strutting enemy of our Constitution 'promoting democratic principles' in the Gulf States confirms my belief that Dadaist hoodlums are running our foreign policy. How else to explain this satire of a rational approach to promoting peace in a region where war between Iran and the Arab states could ignite a world-wide conflagration?
