People like Senator Obama on a personal level and trust him to change the direction this country is going. They believe the things he says and care more about his genuineness than Hillary’s experience. Despite the Clinton political and fundraising machine, people just don’t like her and see her every move as calculating and insincere. How many times can her campaign try to make her appear friendly? It didn’t work before and won’t work now. For this simple reason, Obama has a strong chance to beat Hillary for the Democratic nomination. It’s not about Oprah and it’s not about Bill, it’s about him and her. It’s the same reason Bush defeated Kerry and Gore. Our politics today boils down to who would you rather be friends with. Hillary’s negatives have been high from the start and aren’t getting lower. Obama is no longer a phenomenon – he is a legitimate candidate for President. We should hope he does well, because his election will end the lunacy that currently comprises black America’s “leadership.” Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson will instantly become afterthoughts the day he is elected. That alone justifies supporting his candidacy.

Amen.
I don’t think Hillary can get elected President of the U.S.
I believe Obama is electable, and that he could, as president, do much to restore the goodwill that came our way after 9/11, goodwill that the present bumbling incompetent administration has so foolishly squandered.
Also, even though he’s half white, surely he’s ‘black enough’ to be an inspiration to black youth the world over– a far better role model than a diamond flaunting thug.
